because: When my husband picked my son up from school they said they were un-enrolling himHe convinced them to do a week suspension instead, which they agreed toWhen I called the director the next day, she confirmed that he had been kicked out and un-enrolled despite what they told my husband the previous dayShe also admitted that if I had not paid in advance (which was a convenience to them) then I would not have been required to pay the amount they are refusing to refundI paid In advance with the agreement that they would provide a service that they did not follow through with, therefore I deserve a refund

At Kids R Kids #we strive to
provide our families with excellence and quality care along with great customer
serviceThough we understand that our policies may not always meet the desires
of individuals
they are in place to provide a safe and stable environment with
fair and consistent practices
One of those policies is that we do
not allow anyone to visit classrooms unattended without either a criminal
background check or a completed “Enrollment Packet” if they have a child in
current attendance in our programThese protocols are in place to ensure the
safety of the students as well as respect the privacy of familiesMrsElizabeth
Morrison arrived at 2:pm at a time we normally do not schedule tours or
visitation due to nap time and Administrators traveling on “After School”
pick-upWe explained the policy to MrsMorrison and offered to have a visit
after this time at 3:pm once an Administrator could accompany her into the
classroom, and she was also offered the opportunity to complete her packet and
return at a later time in which she could visit without an AdministratorAll
efforts were made to reach a compromise with her while maintaining the
policy. At no point did she ask or
suggest that she would accept viewing from a window
We are saddened that the Morrison
family decided not to attend Kids R Kids, North Austin Attached is their signed “Enrollment
Information Form” that states all fees are non-refundable. We explained this prior to them agreeing to
accept the offer of enrollment, and followed up with them on August 28,
when they paid the feesIt is our position that based upon policy, and the
signed form that Kids R Kids #will not grant a refund of fees Thank you for bringing this complaint to our

This child was not dis enrolled from our school The child was suspended for week and allowed to return after the one week The familiy decided to pull the child from care knowing that all tuition and fees are non refundable

I am rejecting this response because:
  I understand their policies of not allowing anyone to visit classrooms unattended without either a criminal background check or completed "Enrollment Packet" if they have a child in current attendance in our program. I asked to view the classroom from the window right from the beginning so that I didn't disrupt the teacher/child interaction so that I was able to watch their daily interaction between each other to get a better feel for the daycare.  They did not offer me the opportunity to watch from the window, but instead explained their policies and declined my request. 
However, the main reason I filed this complaint was that Enrollment Information Form was not explained to us that all fees were non-refundable and nor did we receive a copy of this Form.  I feel that not only our family, but others have been taken advantage of by the KidsRKids fees when deciding not to enroll children into their facility due various personal reasons.
They did not try all efforts to reach a compromise with me.  I understand that they need to keep a fee of holding his spot, however I feel they should refund me the remaining fee(s).

separate occasions. A professional company would take responsibility for their employees actions. We are forced to pursue litigation.

The tenant never gave us written notice of a problem as required by law. After she did let us know, we immediately did an inspection of the home and did not find mold. She did not pay the rent for the last month that she had possession of the home. The security deposit was being held by the owner...

and not by Realty Executives. The tenant was aware that Realty Executives assumed management of the home from another company and that Realty Executives did not have the security deposit. After deducting one month's rent, the cost of cleaning the home and the cost of replacing the drip pans at the range, plus late and notice fees,; the tenant owed the landlord money. The landlord opted not to pursue collection of the money the tenant owed him in order to put the matter behind him. We told the tenant that the disposition of deposit was in the mail. It was returned once due to a typo on our part. We never mailed a check. Nothing was ever due to the tenant because of the unpaid rent, cleaning, etc.

I actually have proof od emails about the issue and according to my lease email was an accepted form of communication.  I was charged for things that were wrong with the unit prior to moving in and was led to believe that I was getting a refund when instead they sent me a bill.  The condo was nit habitable and was ignored for quite some time. I sent multiple emails along with photos of my concerns and nothing was done.

We have given the information to our insurance company to follow up regarding customer complaint.

The tenant did not pay the rent and moved out breaking the lease. I did not tell her she was getting her deposit back, just that she would receive the disposition of deposit (which is attached). She said the  home was inhabitable in order to break the lease. It was not. She moved out and returned the keys at the end of the month. We could have required her to pay for the rent after move out until it was rented but felt we would give her a break. The home was very dirty and we have pictures. You can see that we did not charge her "for things that were wrong with the unit prior to moving in".

I usually don't write reviews, but this daycare is so unprofessional I had no choice. My son went there for 3.5 months and credit card was charged for 4 full months, overcharging me by $150.00. After I complained, I was told they will apply credit following month, needless to say this never happened. Also, my son was placed in older kids room, and after I realized this, I was told his age classroom was already full. Don't you think this is a decision parent should make? If I could give 0 starts to this daycare I would. I will never ever again put my child in this daycare, and neither should you.
