Revdex.com: I have reviewed the? response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] ? This is a complete fabrication on their part none of this is correct, they again are lying to you.? None of this is correct.? They charged $to deliver the bunk beds, and when they did not deliver the next Saturday as they had promised, they began making up excuses, or lies, about the truck being broken, the truck needing an oil change, the drivers are sick and other lies [redacted] did finally deliver the beds, not miles, but from Tustin, CA to Torrance, CA, in her own mini van and this was approximately 2-weeks after the promised date of delivery, after we paid in full the price for the bunk beds and the delivery chargeShe only did this after we stated we would dispute the charges.? She verbally at time of late delivery stated we would receive a "$refund because it was so late."? The check has never arrived, this is 2.15.17, I have called several times, the last time, she hung on meI have never spoken garbage to her and I did state I would dispute the delivery charge with my bank and also file a formal complaint with Revdex.com***, stated go ahead write a bad review you already haveI had not at that point written a bad review, until she hung up on me, I have always been professional with her.? This business continues to lie, they take all your money including delivery charge and never even plan on delivering the merchandise, the bunk beds.? I am very doubtful if they even have a delivery truck.?

Customer is not been honest we did reschedule her delivery due to our truck not running, but we left her several messages trying to deliver her furniture and when she finally respond she asked us to deliver on a Saturday our truck was not working yet so I personally delivered furniture the day she requested after work to keep her happy miles away on my spare timeHer order did come on time the only problem we had was the rescheduling and that got her upset but we made it happen the second time like I explain to her you will have your bunk even if I have to deliver in my own car She has been threatened us with saying if I don't get my delivery charge back I will put trash about the store in ***, we did mention to her we do not pay for our review she is welcome to put a second review since her daughter has already put one saying how we charge $for delivery that was lateAt this point we do not owe this customer a penny her delivery charge is specified in the invoice she paid for and I can send proof as well we have proof that her bed was not weeks late

To whom it may concern: On May 29, Mr& Mrs [redacted] came to KidsRoom to purchase a Full size sleigh, drawer dresser, drawer chest and a nightstand. Customer was greeted with respect and we gave them all information needed with the purchase. Merchandise was estimated weeks to arrive, we delivered all furniture on June 27, as requested by customer and right on time. Customer complaint several days later that the drawer dresser had a bit space in between each drawer we advise him that is exactly the quality of this manufacture drawers are hand fitted and will not be perfect same as we have on our show room floor, at that moment customer was offered to exchange to our custom furniture which are almost perfect but costumer did not want to pay more for better quality. Since customer was complaining we wanted to give him the attention all customer deserve, and we ordered a drawer dresser for him told him about weeks and asked customer to send us pictures. Customer called several days later and said the headboard had scratches and that he wanted us to order another one for him, at no time did I deny to order we requested pictures and told customer he will just have to wait for exchange. Customer came to our store several weeks later saying he needed the chest changed as well and then send e-mail that knobs as well. At that point I asked him to make sure what he needed changed because I cannot go back and forth with the manufacture changing items. At that point the wife said she just wanted drawer chest exchange and headboard. We had to contact manufacture and let them know we now needed drawer chest sent and unfortunate the chest was in b/o so we had to wait about weeks to receive which I did mention to Mrs [redacted] . Mr [redacted] at that point started making threating calls that he was going to trash our company that he wanted all the money back I told Mr [redacted] we would not be able to refund only exchange since the other furniture was fine and we had never denied to exchange or help him in any way plus the exchange was to be delivered on Sept 8, between 2-4pm and that was exactly what we did exchange the pieces requested by him that same day at pm. If you need any proof of what I wrote we have e-mail and as well signed proof of when the 1st delivery took place and the exchange. Very sad how customers want to take advantage of family owned business.
