I am rejecting this response because: yes, you did send out a technician to repair the busted machine. this complaint and request for refund did not want another machine repair simply for it to stop working, which it has...

again the very next day after your tech has visited (same issue, washer tank filling, but no agitation). at this point I would even accept a partial refund of half the original purchase price, as our warranty is halfway though it's allotted time. I would also add that we haven't had a working machine for over half of this time it has been in warranty while waiting for repairs. I DO NOT WANT THESE MACHINES IN MY HOME ANY LONGER.

You purchased a working refrigerator, it was on and cold when you picked it up, saying we scamed you is a flat out lie. You got it home and it wouldn't fit after we tried to get you to measure it and your contractor layed it down for you to return it. None of that is our fault. We offered to exchange it prior to it being layed down and ruined. When you picked it up we loaded it standing up and  informed you that was how it had to be hauled. I think this claim in its entirety is slanderous and false and should not count against us as we did nothing wrong.

We will repair or replace them as per the warranty but we do not offer refunds. Please call to schedule service at your convenience. [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:This is a dishonest, unethical business who has given me the run around, lied to my face, and knowingly sold me faulty products that they asserted were in perfect working condition. This dryer is unsafe for use as it has an internal air flow problem. This washer has a mold infestation and was not serviced or clean (as evidenced by the used womens pad that was behind the rubber piece. This refrigerator still does not work after 4 service people trips to my house (all of which required me to take time off of work). This is unacceptable. This company did not deliver what they sold me. They basically sold me nothing. I would only accept the warranty as a solution if they had actually delivered on the original products I was told that I was buying from them. However, the products they said I was getting (cleaned, serviced, in working order) are not what I actually got. Therefore, the only acceptable solution is a full refund. They are welcome to take these items back although I will monitor their web-site and location to ensure they do not attempt to sell non-working, unsafe merchandise to another unsuspecting consumer. Please find attached a Plaintiff Original Petition. I have sought legal counsel and will file this should we be unable to come to a solution via the Revdex.com. I feel I have been more than fair in my dealings with Affordable Appliances. I have given them multiple opportunities to fix their mistakes in excess of what is normal and in good conscience expected of any customer. They have denied this opportunity, lied about them, and been rude and disrespectful to myself, to my house, and to mine and my families time. I hope and pray that in the future they change their business practices to be honest and ethical.

We do have availability for Wednesday Thursday or Friday but it's always a mid-day appointment where you are located if you would like to move your appointment up and can be there or have someone that can meet us there just let us know we will work around your schedule as best we can. the lady that was there was alone because someone called in sick, I apologize if she was rude  and she could not return to the phone as soon as normal.

The dryer was already scheduled for service for Saturday because of the customers schedule we had availability for next day service  but she couldn't be there

we have offered the customer a trade out or service or a loaner to take that one in for service we have in writing where the customer agreed to a loaner then changed his mind then set up for service for the next day then came into the store and had to have APD called on him because he demanded...

someone go to his home today for service after he cancelled the appointment we will honor the warranty and restart the 30 days once this issue is resolved

We will honor our warranty as per the terms you are responsible for the cost of parts and we will take care of the rest just give us a call when you're ready to schedule

[redacted]I had not recieved any policies, I recieved the policies when I attempted to return my refridgerator, if I would have had the polices at the time of my purchase I would have known the regulations and policies of returning this item to the company. I feel like this company scams alot of people, he wasnt willing to take the refridgerator because it had scratches, but those scratches were there when I purchased the refrigerator. Its a working refridgerator, he explained to me that he couldnt take it back because it didnt work, but it did. I wasnt casuing a big seen, I was crying because he scammed me out of $775.

We have two locations that are open 6 days a weeks with multiple people answering the phones,  if [redacted] is unable to help you feel free to speak to anyone there just be sure to have your receipt number on hand and we'll be happy to get you scheduledany.  Any repairs will be as per the warranty terms.

We will honor our warranty, but we do not give refunds . during this whole ordeal. She yelled at me for being upset that she placed me on hold for over and hour and a half, never returning the entire time to check back in. When I asked her if she felt like she should apologize she told me she was sorry I was a psycho and then hung up on me. The Saturday service call was the soonest they could come so that I could be there to let them in to look at the dryer. They said they could get someone out on the following Tuesday between 11-2PM but I work and could not be home that day. I am very displeased with how this woman treated a paying customer. I understand if they were really busy when I called but to leave someone on hold for that long and then be that rude to them is unexceptionable customer service. I would like a call from the owner to at least get a proper apology for this employees behavior.

When the customer purchased it she was advised to measure her space twice.  she left and came back on two different occasions before purchasing the item. Upon taking the item home she was instructed on loading not to lay the refrigerator down.  we loaded the item for her. She later called...

saying she needed a return and we told her to return it to us and we would exchange it. upon returning it she  had laid it down against our device. The item is damaged and no longer of any value. There's nothing we can do to help this customer. Our terms read that laying down a refrigerator to haul it voids the warranty.  We tried to give her a copy of the terms and she declined after making a huge scene in our store.

functional. You have delivered non-functional appliances from the beginning. These problems should have been fixed prior to putting them up for sale; you are not being fair and honest to the customer.  Just because one buys used doesn't mean that they are buying a non-functional appliance.  I did not make the purchase of a lemon product; therefore, I should not be held responsible for you not completing your job in fixing the appliance before making the delivery, plus how is one supposed to know how the appliance will function if they are not connected and the consumer is unable to ensure that we are buying what is best for us.

We have a no refunds policy that is stated clearly online and in store, we will exchange the apploances or give them store credit.
