No Therapist EVER AVAILABLE
My Son is scheduled for Saturday appointments and in the month of March he has come to 1 appointment the other 3 was cancelled by the office this is UNACCEPTABLE. I called the office back to day to address my concerns the Male representative that answered he line placed me on hold without giving any warning... They are very unprofessional in this office I have had nothing but problems at this location they say they close at 7:00pm and they want to take the last appoint at 5:00pm because they say the therapist is ready to leave. he company should say they close at 7:00 when they try to get everyone out by 6:00pm. The office staff is always saying well we don' have enough Therapist like that is my problem I don't work here and I is not my problem they don't have enough therapist HIRE MORE......Also the told me hat on 4/21 his appointment will be cancelled too UUUGGGGHHHH THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS IS THIS.... They stay on their cell phones
HIRE MORE THERAPIST STOP CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS
We are sorry to hear about your experience with Kids S.P.O.T. Please understand that your requested time of 6/6:30pm, the last session of the day, is always in high demand. We are constantly working hard to look for therapists to fulfill those needs, however, minimal therapists are willing to work past 5:00/5:30pm. We were able to accommodate you by giving you another preferred day, however, if a therapist calls out of work or is on vacation, there is little that we can do if we can not find coverage on a Saturday, although we do always try. We reviewed your history and your statement of being seen one time in March is not accurate. Treatment was provided three session, you cancelled two sessions and we cancelled two sessions. As well, your comment that "They say they close at 7 and they want to take the last appointment at 5" again, is inaccurate. Our last appointment is taken at 6:30pm because we do, indeed, close at 7:00pm. We feel that we try our best to accommodate all patients that need late evening hours and Saturdays, but there are only a few time slots and the majority of clients request them. Please let us know if there is any way we can assist in making your transition to a new facility a smoothe one.

I received a phone call from the Owner *** who was also unprofessional she was argumentative and never apologized for how I was treated. before she called me, she discontinued my son from the facility without speaking to me first. My resolution was to have my son seen not to discontinue his relationship. When she told me, she discontinued my son I asked her why she told me because I placed a complaint with the Revdex.com. I have called and complaint to the office several times.... Almost the reviews on *** says the same thing the office is unprofessional and no one can ever get appointment....If I am not the only one saying it then it shows that there is a problem. I am not surprised with the response I receive because they seem to have an excuse for everything.... How can you run a business and make excuses for not holding up your end of the agreement you have Suspend Saturdays till you can find a permanent Therapist instead of giving false hope for these Parents and children. You and your company are letting down so many KIDS I will be placing this as a review on ***.
You misunderstood the intent of my conversation. I was not argumentative or unprofessional. I was once again trying to inform you of how the schedule works. Your attempt to acquire a specific time on our schedule by complaining to the Revdex.com still does not make the time requested available. As stated, Saturdays and evenings are our most requested appointments and the only way to accommodate you would be to take another child in need of therapy off of the schedule, which we can not do or increase our staff, which I made it very clear to you that we are always in pursuit of. We are sorry that we could not come up with a resolution for you, as our available time slots and your availability did not coincide. We have done the best we can to assist you in all ways possible.
