Hello, I am responding to the complaint from [redacted] (ID [redacted] ) dated August 4, First and foremost we strive for the highest integrity customer service available for all our Residents We had a unique beginning with Ms [redacted] , she was promised and given special privileges out of the by a Sales Agent who was no longer with our company by the time Ms [redacted] took possession of her home June 23, We honored all of these promises and privileges to do alterations that Ms [redacted] stated that this Agent told her, on her word alone with nothing in writing I have attached for you, pictures of the deck that a license contractor constructed at her door, the rest of the spindles going down the railing and skirting of the deck (to match the house) was to be completed on Monday 8/8/ A deck was just one of the numerous promises that we have honored that this Agent by Ms [redacted] word was givenMs [redacted] communicates with us by email so I have also attached the emails and the reply’s for you to read In closing, I personally feel at no time was I rude, disrespectful and never have I not been attentive to Ms [redacted] Regards, Deborah J [redacted] Property Manager Avon Lakes MHC Redland Road Indianapolis, IN Office: 317-271-dj***@avonlakesmhc.com
