I am rejecting this response because:
My family was lied to and deceived I understand the paperwork my family signed but I am asking for an exception as my family was lied to We asked the daycare if they had any religious affiliation and we were told no My kids came home singing prayers about the lord and thanking the lord for the food they are about to eat My family is *** and we told the daycare that we are a *** Family Nothing is wrong with prayers and hymns but this is not what my family believes in When I confronted the daycare about this they told me its a song and not a prayer This is not true as this is a prayer After I questioned the daycare about the prayers I was then told "well we are Catholic affiliated." My family was blatantly lied to and I would like my money back

October 31, 2016Dear Revdex.com, We received your response letter in regards to the aforementioned complaint We appreciate your attention to this person's concerns We at Kids Unlimited Childcare pride ourselves on the quality of care we provide our children and familiesAlong with that high level of care, comes integrity, communication, and honestyWe would never deceive a parent for any reason, let alone to increase enrollmentWe are a highly coveted small family childcare center teaching and caring for children from the Parish of The Church of the ***We do not need to deceive families in order to enroll students, we regularly turn parents away because we are fullThis parent came to our school for a tour, was comfortable with our location, saw our school and how we run our day, met our teachers, signed his children up & secured their spaces in the classrooms, and later brought his children for their individual tours in their respective classrooms to see how their kids adjusted and how the classrooms functionWe feel this level of transparency is important and we are happy they like how we care for their kids and what they saw We are truly sorry if for any reason they feel that religion is being taught here This is simply not true We do not teach or preach any religions here nor do we have classes that discuss religion in any way We stand by this We do not pray either Daily we sing the pledge of allegiance, reciting “One nation, under God...', which this parent was aware of, and also we sing "God Bless America daily after the pledge of allegiance, which again this parent was aware of and commented something to the effect that "that is wonderful'We sing a song before snack in which we thank, alternatively, either the "earth or “lord” for giving us “the things we need, the sun and the rain and the families." Just as the pledge of allegiance and God Bless Americathis is not a denominational song, nor does the song, nor our school, push any particular religionWe are sorry that this parent feels there is some form of religious bias, preference, or hierarchy here, and we are sorry if there was any miscommunication to that endWe don't push any religious agenda, but rather feel that all religions, and people, are valid and equal, and deserving of respect.Kind Regards, Sue & Amy KKids Unlimited Teachers & Owners
