As stated in previous mail to you, this customer wanted the returned checks given to him. We do Not receive the checks only copies. He has to get checks and
information from his Bank. He or his wife wrote checks which returned to us, from a closed accountI investigated his complaint against our DirectorHe was heard Using Foul language over the phone, when Director told him that we could not give him checks. She explained to him he needed to go to his bank. His wife came in a paid All fees including balance and bad checksThis person was upset with his wife for writing checks and stated he needed them to take her to courtI believe that our company handled this situation in best way we couldThis was more between husband and wife and anger was taken out of our employee, because it showed the wife using an account that was closed.

Review: Director of daycare used a very unproffesional tone and language with me. Yelling and threatening me with felony charges due to bad checks that were written without my permission. I have recieved texts from her personal phone also threating me.I tried to get a copy of checks and I was told no as well as being told I am not a parent of the child on the account. I asked for checks so I can take the checks to the proper authorities. I again was told no and I was told if I call the daycare center again that they would put harassment charges out on me. I asked to speak to Owner of company and I was told no. Leaving me no other options of contact to reslove issue.Desired Settlement: I would like checks to be returned to me or I need a copy of the checks so I may put charges on the guilty party. I would also like the director of the daycare site to be fired due to her unproffesional conduct.
