March 2, To whom it may concern, I am writing in efforts to rectify a complaint that was received about Access One, in relation to an [redacted] Health contract [redacted] was a member of both and had requested a refund through us for those services on January 14, On February 26th, it was brought to my attention that the refund was for the incorrect amount and that Miss [redacted] was requesting it to be correctedWe remained in contact with Access One on this day due to the fact that we had to determine how to create a partial credit since Miss [redacted] paid $15.95, and was asking for only $to be credited back (less the $enrollment fee)I left a voicemail for her at this time requesting a call back with any questions, but did not hear back from herBy noon on February 26th, the additional and corrected amount was credited back to Miss ***’s account, for a total of $As of today, we have discovered that because of her troubles, she has requested a full refund at this timeWe have since processed that additional partial refund of the remaining $10.00, which now results in a full refund for all of our servicesFinally, Miss ***, as well as AccessOne was notified of this correction on February 26thWe apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused the member, as well as all parties involvedSincerely, [redacted] *** [redacted] Health Member Relations Specialist

To whom it may concern,
AccessOne uses provider networks to contract with physicians and physician groups to accept discounted...

payment for specific services. AccessOne reached out to the network in this situation.
First may we state unequivocally that this individual has never reached out to AccessOne or the network we use either by phone, mail or web-site. We had the network aggregator contact Mr. [redacted] and he refused to identify any individual physician or group of physicians that he worked for or represented, nor did he identify any physician that was listed incorrectly. The process for this network aggregator has been and continues to be, as participants are instructed, for the consumer to contact the network and indicate the physician that they want to see and the network will confirm that the physician still participates in the network, is at the last given address the physician provided to the network and will honor the contracted discount. To help clarify this procedure, the network has replaced the physicians reported phone number with the network concierge number to make sure there is no further confusion.
Finally, we would like to note that the program we believe Mr. [redacted] was/is complaining about is a free program and no consumer is charged for the network access. No funds or consideration is received for access to the savings. Had Mr. [redacted] been somewhat more forthcoming in the basics of his complaint, we would have been more than happy to work with the network in getting him a more definitive response.

I left a voicemail for her at this time requesting a call back with any questions, but did not hear back from her. By noon on February 26th, the additional and corrected amount was credited back to Miss [redacted]’s account, for a total of $11.90. As of today, we have discovered that because of her troubles, she has requested a full refund at this time. We have since processed that additional partial refund of the remaining $10.00, which now results in a full refund for all of our services. Finally, Miss [redacted], as well as AccessOne was notified of this correction on February 26th.
