Review: I recently made a school uniform purchase of a several items from the [redacted] The sleeve on the sweater came apart. Tried to exchange the "new" sweater, and was denied service because of the damage.The manager pulled the sweater and caused it to un ravel even more.The first excuse was no receipt, I asked them to look it up by my card or telephone number. They said "We do not have that system".I went home and got the receipt, went back to the store. They said we do not take back damaged merchandise call the manager, come back tomorrow.I called the manager, [redacted] he said call corporate.Desired Settlement: money back or replacement. I am being cheated out of my money and good customer service.
