Kidz Medical Services performed a hearing test on my daughter when she was born. I was not aware that my insurance was not going to cover for this test. I received the bill through the mail a few months later but it was not an itemized bill. No explanation of services. After so much back and forth with my insurance and Kidz Medical Services, I was reported to Equifax even though a payment was made to this account.
