I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Dear Ms. [redacted],
I would like to address the companies response item by item if possible.
Pacifier,  this was absolutely true. I'm not sure what I can do to prove as it I was her phone calls to my fiance requesting she left work because there was no pacifier. 
She did inform us of the Co pay. We recently found out (Monday morning10/05/14) that we were being over charged on our Co pay. It was supposed to be 4.50 per child and they were charging us 9.00 per child. We were not aware of this until our day care vouchers were approved to transfer to another facility. 
We were never given an orentation just a tour of the facility. Our previous day care did not use a swipe card. We made this aware to her however she did not seem to care much in educating us on how to use it.
We did want the day care to go over his flash cards with him and they said they were unable to. We were not complaining about that because we understand that they have alot of kids to help with homework.  The homework time was shortened for more "play time" where the kids would watch movies. We did mention that we would rather our son spend time studying and doing homework first before playtime.
Neither myself or my fiance used any offensive language. We don't use it at home or in our everyday vocabulary. Comments were I  fact made to me in regards to English being [redacted]s second language and that in America we speak English so she should know English before she comes here and if not she should find a day care center that speaks spanish. The final day she came to pick the children up she was told that they would not speak to her because she did not know English and she should go back to whatever country she came from. Again [redacted] speaks fluent english.
We did switch to another day care facility ([redacted]) where we did receave orentaton, and continue to work successfully with the provider. After looking at the online reviews it seems that our family is not the only family who has had problems with kidz r kids. They have had several bad reviews.
I hope this info can help. It really is upsetting to myself and [redacted] to read her blatant lies when being heald accountable for her actions. Furthermore to try to transfer the blame some how on us is horribly troubling. I hope light can shine on the truth of this situation.

[redacted] from the company called and stated that there were several discrepancies in the consumer's statement. [redacted] stated that the complaint regarding the pacifier is not true. [redacted] states that a child is allowed to have a pacifier as long as it has a holder....

[redacted] also stated that she had to address the co-pay with the consumer as well. Consumer is getting child care assistance and the County makes it perfectly clear as to how much the co-pay is. Consumer's co-pay was to be 9.00. [redacted] states that every parent has an orientation, and she states that the consumer was given a handbook that addresses all policies including the pacifier policy, late fees, and ect. [redacted] states that the consumer is well aware of how the swipe card works, because she had just transferred from another daycare. [redacted] states that the staff is not to touch the swipe card under any circumstances, or they could be in big trouble. [redacted] states that the consumer was upset that the staff did not have the time to do the flash cards with her child(which was part of his homework), and she states that the consumer was notified in a newsletter that they had to cut back on home work time by 15 minutes, so that they could make room for other activities.[redacted] states that because they have 18 student to one teacher it was very difficult to fit the flashcards in all of the time, and that the parents should take responsibility and help their children with homework as well. [redacted] stated that she never said anything to the foul, or belligerent to the consumer. [redacted] states that it was in fact the consumer who called her administrator a B[redacted](  [redacted]). [redacted] states that after the consumer caused a problem, she was asked to leave, and they have since terminated her services. [redacted] also stated that the child's shoes are still there at the center.
