I read the complaint about the tenant in the new apartment buildingMore than likely I reside in the same complexI do not have a problem with the amount they charge for the water itself, my issue is with the sewer charge It has been my experience that the sewer charge should be about topercent of the base water chargeThese people charge an exuberant amount for the sewer, for example my base bill this month is $and they are charging me $to run it into sewer lines thus a total bill of $I feel this is extremely high for me and my year old son in an apartment where I don't even have a washing machineI have never paid this much for water and sewer in my life and I have lived in several locations in Tennessee in my almost years of lifeso I have a pretty good idea that something is definitely not right with this companyThese apartments are income based and I am thankful to have been accepted to live here for almost a year nowHowever when you tack on an additional $to $a month, its starts to look suspicious

When we first moved into our place a few years ago, out water/sewer bills were normal. Shortly after our water/sewer bills were getting higher and higher. I compared our bills, we are a family of three to a family of five in the same type and size house and their bills were much lower. I called NES and they gave me a line that there were no issues. Ok, so I left it alone for a while. My latest issue was when we were all gone over the summer and our water/sewer bill was $98/$88. WHAT??? How is that possible? They keep telling me that they will send someone out here but they never do. I think this company is scamming customers out of money. I can't believe they are still in business. It is not ok to steal money from customers, they owe me lots.
