To whom it may concern: Upon receipt of the complaint, Celerion staff investigated this issue One of our Physicians spoke with the customer about her medical records, the process for qualifying for studies, as well as teh request to remove her records from our system We have inactivated this subjects record and placed her on our 'do not contact' list at her request and feel that the customer felt resolution was adequate to her request We are looking into her concerns of her interactiosn with our call center representatives and will be providing additional training to the responsible staff to ensure better customer service experiences in the future for all customers Andrea S*Director, Phoenix Clinical Site, Celerion Inc
