This company does not have the buyers best interest at heartThey are lazy and looking for an easy paycheck
I located the houseThey got me into a rental contract which, other than my moving in before closing, was 100% in buyers favor
In making the offer the agent said, "I will offer whatever you want me to."
When I asked for comps he handed me a 1/" thick stack of listings for every single property for sale
Even at closing the contract agreement was not being fulfilled on the seller's partThe Kiefer agent basically said, "oh wellThat is what your lender did." It was the seller's agent who stood up and said that the contract was not being met and encouraged the seller (successfully) to comply
I wish I had never made contact with these people and would strongly suggest that buyers look to another agency for proper representation
Look at it this way...the seller's agent has been referred to my family and friends and a warning has been issued to stay away from Kiefer
