I guess the question here is how flexible is flexible.  What is flexible to one person  is not flexible to another.  We do not manufacture the products that we sell and have no control over how flexible the products are.  We sell what the companies send to us.  If it is not...

flexible enough to suit the customer then I guess we will refund the cost as the manufacturer will not take a product back from us that is not flexible enough.  The customer did not mention the fact that we  sent a new gasket with the cover.  We would like the gasket back as well as the cover.  As you can see from the invoice the total amount is not $14.95 but $14.55. (see attachment)If we receive the order in it's entirety back we will refund a total of $14.55 not the $14.95 that the customer requested.

I don't think I've ever been met with such resistance when simply asking a business to do the right thing.  I'm surprised that you're unwilling to concede a few dollars to fix an issue with an item that you misrepresented.  We've put in way too much time on this for $14 and won't make any further replies.
