verification.  The income information provided by Mr. [redacted] indicated he was over income and he did not qualify and therefore was not eligible to occupy the available unit at the property.  Our policy and procedures provide for an appeal if the applicant is denied a unit.  The denial letter for housing together with our appeal process was mailed to Mr. [redacted] on January 31, 2017.  To our knowledge we have not received a written request nor any additional information from Mr. [redacted] in order to appeal his denial for housing.
