I have purchased MANY Kiesel/Carvin bass guitars over the years! Although for the most part the instruments were well made, the customer service and relationship with the staff was HORRIBLE! NOT friendly at all! I think I went through every sales rep and none were friendly or attentive to a regular/good customer!! Mind boggling!! I thought I'd try an internet order for my 1-25-order The Kiesel internet sales rep [redacted] , II wasn't any better than the others! Didn't return emails and was rude! I forwarded my dismay to the owner [redacted] Kiesel only to get this as a reply! "I am going to tell you not to email me again, especially with this disrespectful tone." They ignore and disrespect a repeat good customer because I object to their lousy customer service and their California arrogance! They have disrespected me for many years! I had a bass in the past that had a defective headless top from an early flawed designscrews hold it in place and they would NOT send me

On February 18, 2017, I ordered a custom guitar off the Kiesel Guitars website: per confirmation invoice, the time frame to complete the build was to weeks At week 12, no guitar Eventually, week 13, I received indication the guitar was being shipped Upon arrival, it was discovered the hardshell case, which was requested at an additional cost, was not functioning properly Additionally, the guitar was not shipped with any maintenance/instructions/owner manual which one would expect with a high end guitar (not a big deal but certainly curious) When I reviewed the invoice which did accompany the instrument, I discovered a specific piwas not installed per my original order I contacted Kiesel to address the situation In discussing the piordeal, I was told, rather impolitely, it was not on the original order I explained it was and requested an email address in which I could provide my original order indicating the "Perpetual Burn" piselection After a w

I then told them I wanted to cancel my orderThey told me no They took a on 10/13/ deposit from me They wont give it back
They say its against their rules They never disclosed any rules or terms to me They never sent me a receipt or any notifications
All I have is my credit card statement showing that they charged my card
I would like a full refund
