KTI is truly apologetic for the miss-steps that occurred on the first day of the massive new customer transition that occurs every 5-years within the state of [redacted] with regards to HST transportation It was very unfortunate that Ms [redacted] ’s trip ran so late This was quickly rectified within the first couple of days of the new start-up With the number of changes that occur within the state system it is inevitable in thousands upon thousands of pieces of data on consumers, phone numbers, addresses, piand drop-off times, new routes, and new drivers that there will be mistakes not only on the first new day of transportation but normally for the first few days of transportationAgain, KTI apologizes completely for the failure on or end to be at 100% on the first day of transportationThat was definitely our goal That is always our goal every day Unfortunately, Ms [redacted] was one of the customers that we had an error with on day Having said this, the problem was quickly rectified once we were made awareMs [redacted] is welcome to call myself on anyone of my staff to discuss We always try to provide the friendliest, most competent, safe transportation for all of our customers It is sad we failed Ms [redacted] on the first day of her new transportation For that we apologize
