Hi my name is Geraldo [redacted] im the Manager at Cypress Station Car Wash, wanted to respond to this claim regardin Mr, [redacted] When Mr [redacted] came in to drop off vehicle he was towing this specific vehicle to get it detailWhen he came and asked our sales man about a full deatil , with wax, engine, we gave him a quote he did mention it was to high , so he just decided to go with a basic wash package of $When sales man looked at the inside of the vehicle he notice that that service was not gonna do much to the vehicle and knew that the customer was not going to be satisfied, he than aproched managment and asked if he could offer the customer a different service to witch customer would be more satisfied on the inside cleaningHe than offer the customer a carpet shampoo and an interior super clean , witch mean we would clean all the interion plastic, vynil, and shampoo the seats witch comes to $This does not include a wash, this were just seperate services known as ala carte, but we gave him a free wash to try to make the vehicle more presenteble for him and apreciation of him bringing his business to usCustomer stated that he had bought the truck and had gotten the engine fix on itwhen he came back to pick up the truck he was upset because we did not clean his engine nor the bed of the truck, we explain to him what he had paid and about getting the free wash, he still got upset because the other services were not done and left stating that he would never come backAttached ive send u a copy of what Mr [redacted] paid witch is on the left of the page and on right what was quoted to him if he would of gotten the full detail with the engine

Mrs [redacted] They were right when they told you we do not promise smells and when you came back they discounted the odor bomb for by $If you would like you can bring it back and we can try to shampoo the vehicle again Thank youSteve

I personally spoke with Mrs [redacted] and I looked into the matter, I watched the video while her car was here and looked at the picture that was taken by the site manager when she came back after leaving the first time I the damage that she is claiming we did is not the kind of damage that is indicative our industry, it looks like someone backed into her or she backed into something/someoneAt no time in the video was there anything there that could have caused any damage to her vehicle, I understand she is stating there was two spots in the video where the damage could happen but there is really no way it could haveafter a twenty minute conversation with Mrs [redacted] she said she was going to take me to court over this matter and demanding a copy of the video and I told her that we allowed her to view the video and that she could see the video again in court, granted this is after she started calling me names and telling me I was rude and stating I was uncooperative with her, at no time did I get rude and if I was uncooperative then I would have not called her or taken her call when she call me back later that daySo I have a picture of the damage she is claiming we did and a video of her vehicle when it was here and a voice recording of when she called me back that dayI think between all of the pictures, videos, and voice recording they should speak of themselvesAt this time I consider this matter closed.Thank you,Steve

I did receive an email with no attachments attached yesterday which I am out of the office on Sundays and Mondays, But after hearing all the happenings of your visit that day the way you threatened my employees, called people names and insulted everyone your not allowed on any of properties anymore

I spoke with *** *** just a few minutes ago and thanked for her taking the time to let me know what happened on Sunday and assured her that I would address the problem and offered her a free wash for her inconvenience. Thank you,Steve R***Owner/ Operator

During the wash process the back bumper cover had come off on the passenger side as it went through the car wash Once we inspected the rear bumper of the car, the Manager noticed there were missing parts to the bumperThe hardware looked new and the bumper its self had cracked parts
and previous damageThe Manager went through the tunnel to see if the broken parts were inside, no extra parts were foundIf you look at the pictures taken you will see the inside bumper is broke and also missing parts and all the hardware looks new and freshly installedWhen we talked with Miss *** and asked when the bumper was last replaced she answered the manage and said what does that matterWith the missing bumper parts, it shows that the vehicle had previously been damaged , so we aren't taking responsibility for the bumper cover at this time. I said several times what I am
willing to do, and that is all I am able to do at this timeThe salesmen spoke with before about all the hair and how dirty the car was and that he would have to charge you more then you said something about you was not worried about the hair and that you was more concerned about the smellHe then recommended the *** treatment and you said no lets just try the shampoo at this timeSo it was all clearly explained to you before you paid and before the work was doneAt this point I am done with this issue, we gave you a discount and tried to go the extra mile and be understanding and all we can do. As I stated before I care not to discuss this matter unless it is through the Revdex.comWith that being said again, the reason I will not discuss this matter any further is due to the way you treated my employeesI was not going to out right say what you said to them but at this point everyone involved needs to know why I have taken this positionYou said to one of my managers "This is what happens when you put a wetback Mexican in charge!" You also said "Trump needs to hurry up and build the wall"Then after all that was said and the manager could not deal with your comments a 3rd manager got involved and you told him "I am going to kick his as"So now with that out in the open, that is not counting all the cuss words that not only the employees complained about, we also had customers complain about your actions and disregard to others in the areaIn regards to the email you sent me, thank you the picture shows proof you had prior damage to the 3rd brake lightAt this time I think it best if you never come back to any of my locations and I wish you best of luck finding someone that will stand for your abuseAs for your light it was not working before it went in the wash, and the picture you sent me shows a lot of old breaks and black electrical tape on the wires which tells me someone has had that light off and worked on itThe bulb is burnt out, and there is no way the wash damaged that light unless the light was already lose and sticking away from the vehicle.   How did you go the extra mile when the smell was not taken out of my car. Yes I did have hair in my car because I have a dog and I did tell them I wasn't worried about it I wanted the smell out. He did tell me about the [redacted] but also said that if anything spilt I would need the carpet cleaned so that is what we chose first. After I picked up my car no difference was made. So we tried the [redacted] which somewhat worked but you were so keen on selling me it and that it would work when it did not and there was still smell in my car after leaving it on and unattended for 2 hours. When I went to pick up my car no one even checked with me or the car so anyone could have taken it. You have a really poor attitude on only wanting to reshampoo when we've already done that. That's ok I'll make sure all my friends and family know never to go to your car wash.
