I would NEVER have agreed to have this "company" provide my mother's wheelchair had I known the TERRIBLE customer service, billing practices, and the inability to truthfully answer a question that has been shown to me over the last months !!! If you are in need of any type of medical equipment and would like professional service DO NOT use Kight's Medical In my opinion ANY other company can do better
