I am rejecting this response because:   I am still not satisfied with the service I received from the Dealership.  Not only did they have my truck for more than 11 days, once I did receive it back the original job was not completed properly and I had to return my truck once again to the dealership to have the sloppy work corrected.  Again, I was without the vehicle I use to make a living due to the Dealership's negligence.   I think more than "my apologies" is required in this situation.  Thank you.

Issue resolved. Truck repaired and returned to customer. It was a used truck and parts had to be located from various vendors. Absolutely no excuse for our poor communication during the process.

[redacted] motor company delayed the "kit" that was part of this repair. It was found in stock at another dealer. My dealership should have went and picked this part up the same day, we did not. The other dealer said he would get it to us the next day, he did not. I understand the customers frustration as...
