[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am still not satisfied with the service I received from the Dealership Not only did they have my truck for more than days, once I did receive it back the original job was not completed properly and I had to return my truck once again to the dealership to have the sloppy work corrected Again, I was without the vehicle I use to make a living due to the Dealership's negligence I think more than "my apologies" is required in this situation Thank you Regards, [redacted]
