They sent a defective product (turns on then immediately off). Then fail to respond on their site, by telephone……. Simply frauds and we’ll have to sue in Montana or Utah once we find the con artist, Andersen.

Don’t bother with this company. Any business that doesn’t respond to voicemails or email to customer service is a scam. Battery pack broke and can’t get it replaced. If you’re going to spend the money go with a reputable company instead.

Their website says "We stand behind the effectiveness of our products 100%. Try any of our laser caps (148 or 272) or complete hair growth system today risk free. If you do not see results after 7 months, you can return your products for a full refund. We pride ourselves on being #1 in customer service with zero hassle returns and extremely helpful customer service staff to help you along the way."
The zero-hassle returns part is not working for me; that is why I am complaining.
I emailed the customer service and asked if I could return the product for a refund and am getting the run-around.
