At the passing of my mother over three years ago, a tree was purchased from Family Roots that was to be planted in her memory; we are still waiting on itDespite numerous calls and visits on our part and promises by them, the only attempt to deliver a live tree was that of a more common (i.eless expensive) variety which was loaded "by accident" My father made one last visit to them in mid-February and was promised a phone call the following Monday to inform us as to when the tree would be plantedAt that time Aaron was told that we would give them until mid-March to deliver the tree - it is now April and neither the call nor the tree have been received

Review: On March 31, 2015 Ms. Newman told me that my husband and I that we would receive our security deposit in full. It has been 35 days since we moved out. Our lease contract specifies the date and amount of the security deposit we paid. We contacted Ms. Newman and the owner three weeks after we moved out and were told again that we would receive a full refund of our security deposit. To date we have received nothing and no other communication. Ms. Newman manages several properties in the Sacramento region.Desired Settlement: We expect a full refund as promised.

Consumer states that the property owners have contacted her directly and were very apologetic. They have issued her a refund and considers the matter resolved yet remains unsatisfied with the level of service received by Kimberly Newman.
