Review: THIS COMPANY SELLS FURNITURE WHICH TENS TO BE GLUED AND BREAKS DOWN WITHIN WEEKS.I HAVE BROUGHT 2 TABLE SETS WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF EACH OTHER.THE 1 TABLE SET WAS DEFECTIVE BECAUSE THE 2 LEGS WERE ALWAYS WEAK AND WOBBLY.THEN IT JUST COLLASPED AND BROKE.I RETURNED TO BUY A LIVING ROOM SET AND I PAID OVER 1500.00 AND ONCE AGAIN...THE SAME TABLE SETS BUT DIFFERNT IN COLOR.I NOTICED THE SAME THING WITH THE WOBBLY LEGS AND THEN IT JUST BROKE.I WENT INTO THE STORE AND ASKED HER WHY IS IT THAT 2 SETS BROKE WITHIN ONLY A FEW MONTHS APART AND SHE SAID IT WAS BECAUSE OF ME...I TOLD HER THAT THE LEGS ARE NEVER SECURE ENOUGH AND WHY BLAME ME IF YOU SELL THEM FOR A HIGH PRICE BUT BUY THEM WHOLESALE!..TOTALLY NOT FAIR AND I WILL GO TO SHOP ELSEWHERE FOR MY FURITURE FROM NOW ON!Desired Settlement: I AM ASKING FOR A REPLACEMENT TABLE AND SHE WANTS TO CHARGE ME 50.00...ISN'T THIS THE PRICE OF THE TABLES ANYWAY?..WHY AM I PAYING 50.00 WHEN THEY BROKE ON ME,SHE WANTS ME TO PAY FOR A NEW TABLE SET AND I GUARANTEE YOU THAT IF I DO THIS,I WOULD BE BACK ON THIS WEBSITE FILING ANOTHER COMPLAINT ABOUT THE 3RD TABLE SET THAT BROKE!

Review: I purchased a bedroom set at KIKI furniture and bedding , Inc. The bedroom set included 2 night stands, bed head and foot, dresser& mirror, Chest and mattress & back spring . The sales rep. gave me two night lamps for being an apreciated customer. When conducting the transaction the sales rep. charge a $50 delivery fee and during this I asked if installation was included? she assured be that it was included in my delivery fee and total price. I ask her about installation on separate occassion and she contiue to reassure me that installation was included. On the day of delivery I call the store to confirm that delivery will be made on schedule, which was between the hours of 5pm and 7pm. At 6:45 I placed a final call to the store to verify delivery since they close at 7pm; they confirmed that the items were on their way to my home. The furniture got to my house after 7pm and the delivery men proceed to take the item in the rooms. Upon completion they ask for my signature, in return I asked them if they are not completing the installation, they responded by saying installation was not included. I responded by letting them know that the sales rep. reassured me that it was and I refused to pay them the balance until the issue is resolved. The delivery person call the store owner on her personal phone and had a conversation with her and then inform me that the store owner said I can pay the balance when I return to the store to collect my remaining two night stands.

This is when he informed me that the two night stands were not delivered because the incorrect color was placed on the van. He futher stated that the installation is another $50 and the store owner will not allow him to install the furniture unless I pay this fee. They left without conducting the installation. Some of the furniture was in the middle of the rooms and the remainder in the living room all are still in boxes. The two night lamps that was promised for customer appreciation was also not delivered.Desired Settlement: I wish for the installation to be done, the remainder of the furniture delivered, an apology and a compensation of kind.
