To Whom It May Concern, The first point I would like to address here is the session fee paid was for local travel of said clients, and as such was $and not $I have saved all correspondence with both parties, from inquiry into session to their rather aggressive complaint almost a full month following gallery completion, and can submit any of that as neededThe return time frame was offered not only when booking, but at the immediate completion of session, and agreement was verbalized by both the complainant and her significant other stating that they understoodThe exact day of the session, as a token for unusually long turn around, I agreed to send both parties an emailed high resolution image of the best family picture obtained that day reportedly desired by them to be used and printed as a Father's Day giftThis is something that I never do, and felt it would help to maintain a good working relationshipI delivered images to the complainants, and after days of absolutely no feedback was told they desired a full refund, after they described my work as "half-***"Following nearly years in business as a professional photographer, I have never had someone not only speak to me in this manner, but return after nearly a month, following completion of a full session and a large number of great images, to report they wanted a refundAs stated not only on my website, but also my [redacted] business page - the two areas clients use to contact me, session fees are for the actual session and a refund would only be warranted if either party is unable to attend the scheduled time in its entiretyThis was not the case, and would be akin to attending a restaurant, eating an entire meal, and then returning days after and demanding a full refund, stating that the meal was horribleAs also told to both parties, in person immediately following the session and as stated on both pages, "sneak peeks" are offered following the session on both sitesThese chosen images were posted immediately following editing, with no response by either complainant, and after some time later a request was made to "tag" the children's birth mother - and apparent shared custody parent - in said imagesThis parent commented that she "loved the images" and as such, her pleasant feedback was allowedFollowing repeated harassment, abuse and threats to my business and professional name, access previously provided to complainants to my legally copyrighted property was revoked - as is also stated on both my professional website and [redacted] page fine printAs is the case for photography, the session fee of $covered the session, which includes time and talent of photographer, and was delivered in its entirety, and as such will not be refundedRequests by complainants to remove all images from social media and website have been honoredIf you further request any mentioned correspondence, I will happily submitI have attached aforementioned legal terms spelled out on both sitesI thank you for your impartial investigation into this claim, as I take my profession and solid reputation very seriouslyAs mentioned to both complainants, I am sorry we were not able to reach an agreeable resolution to this matter Sincerely, [redacted] | Kiki Reese Photography Web link of legal terms: http://www.kikireese.com/about.html

To Whom It May Concern,
The first point I would like to address here is the session fee paid was for local travel of said clients, and as such was $50 and not $75. I have saved all correspondence with both parties, from inquiry into session to their rather aggressive complaint...

almost a full month following gallery completion, and can submit any of that as needed. The return time frame was offered not only when booking, but at the immediate completion of session, and agreement was verbalized by both the complainant and her significant other stating that they understood. The exact day of the session, as a token for unusually long turn around, I agreed to send both parties an emailed high resolution image of the best family picture obtained that day reportedly desired by them to be used and printed as a Father's Day gift. This is something that I never do, and felt it would help to maintain a good working relationship. I delivered 54 images to the complainants, and after 30 days of absolutely no feedback was told they desired a full refund, after they described my work as "half-[redacted]". Following nearly 10 years in business as a professional photographer, I have never had someone not only speak to me in this manner, but return after nearly a month, following completion of a full session and a large number of great images, to report they wanted a refund. As stated not only on my website, but also my [redacted] business page - the two areas clients use to contact me, session fees are for the actual session and a refund would only be warranted if either party is unable to attend the scheduled time in its entirety. This was not the case, and would be akin to attending a restaurant, eating an entire meal, and then returning 30 days after and demanding a full refund, stating that the meal was horrible. As also told to both parties, in person immediately following the session and as stated on both pages, "sneak peeks" are offered following the session on both sites. These chosen images were posted immediately following editing, with no response by either complainant, and after some time later a request was made to "tag" the children's birth mother - and apparent shared custody parent - in said images. This parent commented that she "loved the images" and as such, her pleasant feedback was allowed. Following repeated harassment, abuse and threats to my business and professional name, access previously provided to complainants to my legally copyrighted property was revoked - as is also stated on both my professional website and [redacted] page fine print. As is the case for photography, the session fee of $50 covered the session, which includes time and talent of photographer, and was delivered in its entirety, and as such will not be refunded. Requests by complainants to remove all images from social media and website have been honored. If you further request any mentioned correspondence, I will happily submit. I have attached aforementioned legal terms spelled out on both sites. I thank you for your impartial investigation into this claim, as I take my profession and solid reputation very seriously. As mentioned to both complainants, I am sorry we were not able to reach an agreeable resolution to this matter.     Sincerely, [redacted] | Kiki Reese Photography
