On Saturday 2/20/2016, My bf and I went to eat at Kiku's around 11pmComing back from the bowling alley, we were super hungryFirst they carded us at the door, which we didn't mindWe stood in line for a good minThe waitress and Peter, the owner stared at us, didn't greet us, didn't say that they would be right with usOnce one of the waitress could tell that we were irritated, she came rushed over and Peter shouted, "Table two is opened"We were seated, actually in table oneHad to be, we were the first table in that aisleSo once we were seated, she asked if we would like something to drinkTold her we only wanted water and left to get us waterCame back and set it down and took offWe were looking at the menu for a good 15minNo one came to get our ordersWe waited and when we couldn't wait no more, we flagged them downThey looked at us confused and sent a new girl to take our ordersShe jot down our orders and left to put our orders inCame back min later and told us that a certain item we order was not available at the moment and suggest something elseMy bf then asked if how much was it and was it more? She said, "I'm not sureI'll be right back." Left and came back and said it was more expensive, like $moreSo my bf, went ahead and ordered alsoWe waited a decent amount of time for a mealNo complains here about the mealThe waitress then brought a small bowl of rice and set it down, said it was with our mealmin later came back and said, "I'm sorry, I gave u guys the wrong thingThe rice isn't with your meal." and took it away from usCame back min later and said, "I'm sorry, this was with your meal." and gave us the bowl of rice againIrritated that they couldn't even get our meals right, we ignored it and enjoyed the rest of our mealAs we were finishing what we could, we sat around and talked while waiting for a billNo one cared to look at us, no one cared to see how we were doingThey were too busy dancing and chit chatting at the bar areawaitresses and business owner, standing all around the bar areaGetting restless, we tried flagging down the waitress for boxesMy bf tried, didn't work, so I got up and flagged them downFinally coming over she asked if we need anything"Yes, we need some boxesThree if you don't mind." She ran got three boxes and gave to me and leftI boxed all the food and we sat there againOkaywe waited minutes more and they didn't bring our checkSo my bf started to get their attention and flagged themThey came back and asked if we need anything"Yes, we need our check." She took off came back with our check and my bf handed her his debit card right away so she could process if throughWhen we got our, we saw that they had wrote in their own tipsWhat is going on here? Two people and tip was added by themThat's messed up! The owner had said that if it's past pm they add 18% gratuityWhat, I seriously didn't see anything on the menu that said they will add gratuity after pmIf they did, it wasn't noticeableI was pissed for POOR servicesI was PISSED that they "WROTE" in their own tipsThey wrote it in!
