Review: Was terminated from occupation of the apartment on the lease without prior notice and locks were changed while I was out. [redacted] refuses to allow myself into apartment to retrieve basic living needs for my 5 year old son, 75 year old Mother, or myself until repairs are complete within 4 days. The [redacted] has conducted business with my family in this difficult time in a extremely unprofessional manner. Our apartment was flooded by fire suppression sprinklers, however the vacant apartment above ours has been made a priority for repair. No notification for lock change was given. My Mother has knee and respiratory health issues, my Son has development delay problems, I am a disabled veteran and we all need to be able to access medicines, equipment, and basic items for basic human comfort.Desired Settlement: Entry into our apartment to gather all necessary items needed to live in a hotel for the next week. Also a hand written apology from the [redacted] and her staff, for placing the needs of the business above their tenants.
