Review: had a/c installed in 8/2012 then my furnace ended up broken and I purchased one with [redacted] company. It was installed 12/2102. Made many phone calls to him and all I could do was leave message about smell of oil and went threw 1 delivery of oil and he finally answered phone and came over it was something loose in furnace. Start calling in fall to have maintenance on furnace never answered phone and when he answered phone and said he would come over never showed up. Start calling end of Feb. because furnace did not sound right and heat did not feel hot enough. When furnace finally shut off because I out of oil and had to keep calling his phone because he never sent or delivered an instruction book on either a/c or furnace. My son came over to reset furnace. [redacted] finally called back on 3/10/2014 and asked if I wanted him to come over that evening as he is working out of state now and just got in when I said my son got the furnace running that he could come next day so he was to be here on 3/11/2014 to check furnace no show and never answers phone. I called and left message that I was filing complaint still no answer and no call back.Desired Settlement: need the instruction booklets on a/c and furnace along with warranty information on both incase something breaks that is under warranty
