I received your complaint that you logged with the Revdex.com regarding not receiving products that we shipped to you.  I have been in constant communication with you trying to resolve your issue.  You claim that you have waited two weeks for a response yet your email to me is dated...

2/12/14.  which is less than a week ago and was immediately prior to a 4 day weekend.  I had already responded to you numerous times and informed you that your order was shipped to the exact address that you provided and that the post office has confirmed that the package was delivered to that address via the tracking number we provided to you from the post office.  I have never had this happen before.  If the products are showing delivered then someone at your address has them or took them.  I also informed you that you received some of our very last remaining products and that if you wanted to wait several weeks I would ship you at my cost some of the new inventory when they are produced.  Additionally, on 2/12/14 I sent you an email stating that " Honestly I don't know what protocol is in this situation we have never
had it happen before.  I've spoken with the post office and they say it
was delivered.  It was shipped to the exact address you provided.  I
have one set of cups left that I can send to you, but I will have to pay
for postage.  Will this work for you?"  As of right now you are demanding that I reimburse you for product that I sent you and the post office is saying it delivered to you.  As to why the phone number is not working, I will look in to that.  I apologize for your for your frustration, however this is also frustrating for me because I have shipped you product and it shows delivered and I have offered you a solution, yet you are demanding something different.  I am also hesitant to ship anything else to you at that address for fear that the same "issue" will arise.  if you would like a check written to you for the amount of your purchase, I will in good faith reimburse you and eat the cost for your "delivered" yet missing products.

Review: I ordered 2 products from the company tilty cups online and was expected to receive the products a few days later. Since these past holidays were hit with storms I thought the USPS service was over delayed in general. I never received my products in the mail but tilty ups said they did. They suggested that I file a complaint with USPS so they did open up an investigation but then they told me to communicate with the distributor. I did as I was advised and forwarded all the information and case number.

After being in a reasonable timely manner of communication via email the owner stopped emailing with me. If you call the number on the invoice no one answers. Every time I try and leave a message no one calls back. I waited 2 weeks in case they were super busy. I have records of all our email communications.Desired Settlement: Bottom line I want the products I ordered or my full refund back in a timely manner without it seeming like it is the consumers fault when I never received the products. This is the first time it has happened to me, and thought the business practice to be odd for not taking phone calls or responding back via email

Review: I ordered two items and only received one. I have been trying to contact their customer support and get this issue resolved. No one has returned my call or email messages. They already charged me for what I ordered. I just want the item that I paid for!!Desired Settlement: I would like the item shipped to me or my money back!
