Review: This company installed a brand new furnace into a house we purchased because the existing furnace failed a home inspection. The seller of the home had picked this company because they had used them before. The furnace and its components were covered for a year under warranty. On February 25, 2014 we woke up to no heat. I immediately called Kiley Palmer and pressed #1 for a no heat emergency and was connected to a voicemail which was unavailable. I called back and hit #2 to leave a message in the general mailbox and the same thing I was connected to a voicemail that is unavailable. Needless to say after countless tries I had to call my oil delivery company. They sent someone out and I was told that everything looked ok, the nozzle had some debris so they switched it out and the motor sounded funny but due to the age they were not ready to replace it yet. A week to the day goes by and I wake up on March 4 to no heat. I called Kiley Palmer again and no answer, no voicemail. After several attempts, I called my oil delivery company and they came out. They went through everything mentioned the motor again and also the first zone damper getting stuck due to improper installation of the controller box. They recommended replacing the motor and the damper. I called a second company I use for my a/ c service just to confirm and get another opinion. They said the electrodes on the boiler were too far away causing an inconsistent spark. They moved the electrodes and also recommended replacing the three dampers and the zone panel which they said is done when the new heating element is put in. I have a child and one on the way and cannot go without heat. Kiley Palmer has been unavailable for three weeks, which is inexcusable for equipment that is still under warranty. To have an emergency no heat selection with no voicemail or live person is inexcusable. Heat is a necessity especially during this winter season with record lows.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for my service calls and repairs. In addition for my time lost from work to have others come and take care of a substandard installation. I am terribly disappointed, a furnace should have no issue within a year of installation
