Kiley's Posh Tots

Review: I sent the owner of Kiley's Posh Tots a Girasol Heringbone Rainbow wrap to have converted into a Ring Sling and then to have the remainder of the wrap sent to another business for other products. Kiley confirmed receipt of the wrap on November 25th, 2014 and I paid her for the conversion and the extra shipping charge by paypal on November 24th, 2014. Kiley was in communication with me via facebook message up until December 5th, 2014. She then stopped communicating with me, but did read my replies up until December 11th, 2014.I messaged her again on December 23rd, 2014 to ask about my order again and to inform her that if I did not get a reply I would file a dispute with paypal, which I did. She then took herself off of all social media sites I was in contact with her on. Tried to contact her through her daughter and got a negative reply back. She has not returned my wrap nor completed my order. I am filing this report and then plan to file a police report to have sent to her local town of Stockton, CA to be followed up on.Desired Settlement: I would like my Girasol Herringbone Rainbow (4.6m) wrap returned and a refund for the order not received.
