There was some confusion about the patient returning the mask that is discussed...and he was only billed for the portion of the equipment that was thought to be used.
We apologized for any inconvenience to the patient, and even adjusted his balance to zero after receiving his complaint and attempting to resolve this issue. In addition, to ensure the best possible customer service going forward, we have done staff training to help make sure patients understand even more clearly, how their insurance works when picking up supplies. Our patient's happiness comes first and we strive to give them the best customer service possible - It's what sets us apart from our competitors.
