I am nearly 100% positive that this company owns and operates the McDonald's in Antigo, WI Thursday, Oct 22, at 11:PM I stopped by to get a late night snack and was greeted with rude workers, shoddy service, and a minute wait for "fast" foodThe young lady working the drive through cut me off mid-order to take another customer's order I waited in my spot for three minutes for her to come back to finish taking my order, even tried to yell at the microphone to get her attention Finally, I took a lap around the building, waited more minutes, and then when I explained that she had cut me off mid order she got rude with me I ordered and got my whole order in, and waited nearly minutes to get my order with only one vehicle ahead of meI know that positive dining and McDonald's are not normally used in the same sentence, but this is beyond ridiculous After all was said and done, the order came up wrong to add the cherry to the *** sundae that they served up

I"ve been to the Mcdonalds location on Wahington Stin West Bend several times now and its steadily getting worseMy complaints are as follows: Drive thru service poorAlways having to pull forward and wait for my "COLD" food, Hot Fudge sundays are a mess with a good amount fudge dripping down the sides of the cupcould not handle without wrapping in napkins50% of the time the fry box is half full and food is prepared in a sloppy fasionNo pride is being takinSo with that being said I will not be chosing this location again
