I am rejecting this response because:I waited for weeks for a e-mailed contract(that would have taken a maximum of minutes to send out) after the manager had a discussion with me on the phone about the supposed first name incidentIt was after these weeks that he indicated he only had rooms(of the originally reserved), I told him I would take the rooms and any cancellations up until our reservation time, in an e-mail the very next day, no response, no contractAfter more days went by, another e-mail to the manager, a response was they would have lees than the rooms as parents were staying at the hotel tooSo, all these reservations happened after the initial inquisitionThis manager is definitely a liar, and I think it was all a lie about different guys with the same name, just to clear himself

Regarding the above mentioned complaint. The individual had contacted our Central Reservations Sales group regarding potential hotel rooms during the middle of March. They contacted me to put me into contact with him. Unfortunately, during this time I was dealing with another
gentlemen about a block of rooms that had the same first name, therefore, I got the two mixed up. By the time I realized the mix up I had already booked up most of my rooms for a softball tournament that the local university is hosting. I informed this individual of the situation and apologized that I couldn't meet his entire room demands. I further informed him of the number and type of rooms I had left but heard nothing more from him until he filed his complaint.I can understand his frustration, however, I can't help that they scheduled the bowling tournament at the same time as our university's softball tournament. Also, I won't turn away a college team due to the amount of continuous business they give us throughout the year each year. Furthermore, I won't be giving this gentlemen any type of reimbursement
