I am rejecting this response because: His entire response was a lieWe expressed concern with the condition of the floor and what he used to clean them when he returned the first time, on 5/When he left after that encounter he told us that if our property management company had any problems with the cleanliness of the home he would return and clean again for themHE refused to clean for them when they expressed concern with the floors and that the kitchen drawers had not been cleanedI called and tried to speak with him before contact Revdex.comHe was extremely rude and condensending on the phone, going back on his "100% happy" promise that he spoke of when we hired himOur property management company has not used them in the past, and after this encounter will NEVER use them in the future

We did perform service for the client, our quote explained details of the task, the client issued the payment of the $275.00 upon service was rendered, the client husband also expressed that they were happy with the service that we provided, the client or her husband did not complain once the job...

was completed and expressed they were happy with the service.Two days later after the initial service was provided, the client called and asked if we can go back mop the floors as there were some left over furniture, we kindly agreed to that and once we were at the location in presence of the client husband we were asked if we can vacuum the carpet , we did sweep, mop and vacuum, and we left the premises upon satisfaction, we usually do not show up again to redo a service that was provided and paid for, up till then there was no problem.A week later after we already cleaned the premises twice, we got a call from the client to go back and clean again, we advised the client that she has to place a new order, as we provide a one time service not a membership, once a job is completed and the client expresses satisfaction, then the job is completed, issuing the payment was done after the service has been rendered not before and the client had time to let us know of any issues once we completed the job.We went beyond and showed up to re perform the service two days past the job was completed, we don't see a purpose in going back one week later to redo the same job when client had plenty of time to realize if there was any problem.We did investigate the issue and reached out to our contact at the property management company  ([redacted]) Who can be reached at [redacted] said that they were happy with the service, they have been hiring us for years and we never had a problem with them.@ Revdex.com , Please feel free to call the property management company, We are sorry for the outcome and for the fact that the client is not happy, we provided a cleaning service and not a cleaning membership.At this time we will not be able to issue a refund, UNLESS the client provides us or Revdex.com With a legal sealed invoice stating that she paid 125.00 for the same service to an other company.
