Mr*** is not being honest, and I am really unsure as to whyI have tried to speak with him and resolve this situation but he continues to throw accusations and smoke screens in the mixed to deviate from the main issue. Killeen Fence Company did a horrible job on my fenceMr*** knows that, and he agreed to fix itFor whatever reason he did not hold to his end of the bargainThe check was stopped because of the caliber of the work, and he knows that also. I called the police to act as a mediator once I was informed that Mr*** was attempting to bring vandalism charges against me and was going to send his workers to retrieve the un-used materials from my yardI didn’t address Mr*** on my own because those statements were not said to me directly and at that point he would not address me at allI was hoping the officer could act as an impartial third party, but Mr*** left before the officer arrivedAt that point, the officer called and told Mr*** that I did not want him to come and remove material from my yardCalling code enforcement on myself makes no sense, neither does me vandalizing my own propertyAnd, if I was going to be fined, exactly what would I be fined for? He is the contractor, so it would have to be for work that he performed, or the lack thereofI contacted the Revdex.com to help me gain a resolution because attempting to communicate with Mr*** on my own has proven to be unproductiveI can provide you with the officer’s information as well as my neighbor’s, to speak on my behalfI also have the contact information for the code enforcement officerI do not wish to get caught in a game of back and forth, I just would like to be reinstated to where I was before this encounter, so we can both go on with our livesI am still very much willing to communicate with Mr*** despite the current situationI hope you will be able to mediate a resolution.

Customer's check bounced, (a $3740.00 check to be exact, which is a felony). Once she realized that her check was going to bounce, she then vandalized her/neighbors posts 12hrs  after they were set. I reported check to DA office;...

police went to property, then called and instructed us not to go back to property at owners request. Furthermore, the pickets were not meant to be strait across top, and was an unfinished product. The specific design she ordered, any picket extending above top runner is cut off and entire top of fence is covered in trim. After we were instructed not to go back to property, property owner called code enforcement on herself and got threatened with a fine. The neighbors fence had to be taken down and completely rebuilt at my expense due to her actions. The neighbor is a happy customer. I did try to work things out with her to no avail.
