I am rejecting this response because:
Lets explain the sequence of events that took place. I ordered a key. I paid full price for the key. Your staff said it would be there Tuesday and someone would call me when it came in. Noone called me Tuesday. Unprofessional. Now you said it won't be there until Friday and you would call me again when it came in. it was not there until Friday.. Again noone called me as promised. I called them at five pm when they were about to close. You told me that the key was there and it arrived sometime around 2pm. I was going out of town and didnt have time for your unprofessional business practices. I asked you if you could wait and I would be right down because your business failed to call me again. You declined to wait the couple minutes. Now I had to wait until Monday.. So now its a week late and as I pulled up with my company trailer you asked me to not park in front of the store because a customer was coming with a trailer. Im thinking what am I? I am a customer but I was like alright.. whatever. So when I left I told you arent running the type of business I would deal with any more. No apologies for the twice delayed key. No apologies for either time not calling me. No apologies for being rude about where I was parking. No apologies for anything. And thats why I told you I wouldnt do business with you any more. When I got home I parked my truck and the next morning my battery was dead. That was odd so after investigating why it turns out the key can be removed in any position including accessories and it drained my battery. When I went in and asked for a replacement you immediately denied me. I told you I paid for something over 200 dollars and I expect it to work correctly. You said no that my truck ignition is broke. You never asked for a demonstration, you immediately denied me a properly working key that I paid for. I explained to you that my other key doesnt do that and that it works fine. Only the new key does that. He denied me. So I yelled at you as you deserved it and I believe I called you an as. No where is there any obnoxious behavior but instead aggrivated to your arrogance and deliberate rudeness from the beginning. For you to slander me and call me obnoxious in public is liable. I will let you keep calling me names when I requested what I paid for and you denied me. Now im a good man and I would always give you a chance to make it right but dont get upset that I gave you a bad review because of your actions.
