Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] contacted me today 4-21-told me yet once again that the lien was paid off and taking care ofThat I wud receive all my paperwork before the week is outHowever, I reached out to the lien company once again to verify this information and was once again told that [redacted] was telling a lieThat the lien was not paid off and that they still haven't been contacted by [redacted] If needed I can post the lien companies info so whoever may want to investigate can call and verify my side of this [redacted] had a responsibility to file the appropriate paperwork with m.v.a, and this lien companyThey did neither but took from meAs a result I'm stuck with a vehicle I can't useI'm requesting still a lien release or a refundI will drive to wherever needed to collect either Regards, [redacted]

How a pay off is made, If a customer make's a purchase on a new vehicle
but still has a previous auto loan we make the pay off once the new loan
is processed and funded by the new bankIt could take up to day's
or more just for the paper work to be analyzed, Once they confirm all
the
proper documents the bank then sends a check for the difference to
the dealer so that we can make the pay offWe sent out the registration
and they sent it backThe reason being you changed your address and we
have proof that we sent it out over and over againHowever please be
advised everything is done and the pay off is made and the customer has
her registration

The lean release is in transitIt's on it's wayIt might take a few days or so please be patient once it arrives you will be notified

We tried numerous times to send out a check to you,.You gave us Three different address's and each address it was sent backWe recommended you to come in person and you refused.Please provide us with a valid address and the check will be sent over night to you once age for the FOURTH time

Our vehicle's are priced under fair market value because we understand sometimes the customers might have to do minor serviceHowever all of our vehicles are inspected to ensure the Engine, Transmission, and Drive Axle have no mechanical issue'sThis vehicle passed with flying colorsAfter
the customer test drove the car they decided to move forward with the purchaseBeing a previous *** owner they understood the vehicle and felt confident that this was the perfect car for themA week later the customer replaced a fuel line and was instructed by a service professional from *** to service the timing chain before it becomes a serious issueHe instructed the customer not to drive the vehicle under the condition that it needed to be servicedThe customer ignored the warring and drove miles after he was told NOT to drive the vehicle at all until he serviced the vehicle properlyAs a result the minor issue became a serious problem The customer then contacted the Warranty company and the warranty company contacted ***The Service Professional explained to the Warranty Company that the customer was well aware of the issue prior to it becoming a serious problemHe explained that it could have bin avoided if the customer followed the instructions given by service professional oppose to neglecting the minor service needed In conclusion the Warranty company denied the claim and labeled it as a pre-existing problem that could have been avoided if the customer followed instructions as given by ***Knowing that he was at fault he came to us asking for helpBeing a reputable dealer we do not like to see our customers up set so we agreed to pay for the repairsHe said his mechanic is very good and works only on ***'sHe said the repair would be $As a gesture of good faith we gave him $upfront and the rest once the job was completedA week later the customer stated that his mechanic can not fix the vehicle as promised. He came into the show room very unprofessional shouting and screaming while making threats to our sales staffWe tried to calm him down and tried numerous times to help him but he refused to calm down and stormed out of the storeAt this point he not only refuses to be civilized but he also is looking to hurt our establishmentWe strive for customer satisfaction but what happens when the customer refuses to accept our help and is not satisfied until he tarnishes our name with not only Revdex.com but to the general publicWho's protects us when all else fails?

I am rejecting this response because:We have been using our mechanic for years and he has serviced all of our cars, including my husband's company car. When he said the car should not be driven, we didn't go any further and had the repairs completed. Our mechanic said he would be happy to speak to anyone on what he found when the car was brought in, so I could ask him to give a statement. All we asked for from the owners of the dealer was $to help with the $5,cost of repairs and wanted them to know what had happened. If they are getting the cars inspected, like they say they are, then they were ripped off from whomever said the car was in good shape.

This dealer giving same answer for last monthsI don't understand why
transit takes monthsThis is not right way of treating the customer and they think that selling car to be a favor. Two months is extremely long time for any dealer to get the registration & platesI am really losing my patience
