See Attached: We are [redacted] a distribution center for their web, as well as customer service for them the store & web are seperate ownersThis is simple speaking to all our customer service repsthis man wanted a prepaid labelItem was not damaged and went back to retailer (we ship for) to stockUpfront we tell them we sell there product & are not responsible for any freight chargesThey can deliver back to storeThis is our policy as we are a brick & mortar retailer, the customer told rep everyone pay the freight we told him not true and he agreed to policies prior his purchaseBecause (as he said) we are as to not paying shipping changes after we to told him the product & restock fee is what is returned & you agreed to that prior purchase

To whom this may concern, We received a complaint from a customer about an order he had placedUpon reviewing his order and account we have come to a couple conclusionsThey are listed as follows The customer's credit card did not go through until Dec20th even though the order was placed Dec13thHis credit card was held due to non-matching information by [redacted] .net We spoke on December 23rd regarding his card and got his card processed through Customer did not choose the FREE SHIPPING which is given as a shipping method for orders over The customer instead chose to pay $for PRIORITY shipping instead which we complied withTracking will confirm this through USPS [redacted] .net CC Merchant services will confirm that his credit card was held due to non-matching information, There is a $restocking fee applied to all ordersWe refunded his shipping but still applied the $restocking fee to his refund In his phone call to us, this customer couldn't not comprehend that the delay and the shipping method was all how he had entered his options and credit card informationPlease feel free to contact us with any further questions regarding this claimThank you

I am rejecting this response because: There response is a joke,# 1:it looked like a little kid wrote it(chicken scratch)it was barely legible,#i did not agree to anything, all I wanted was a replacement for the damaged item & it should have not cost me a dime to do something simple as a replacement.They are the ones who dropped the ball on this,all I was trying to do was get the damaged item replaced,and they were nothing but rude.Just leave the complaint open so other peaple can read it so they dont get ripped off by this website.Thanks *** ***

3. Customer did not choose the FREE SHIPPING which is given as a shipping method for orders over 49.95. The customer instead chose to pay $7.33 for PRIORITY shipping instead which we complied with. Tracking will confirm this through USPS. [redacted].net CC Merchant services will confirm that his credit card was held due to non-matching information,
 4. There is a $5.00 restocking fee applied to all orders. We refunded his shipping but still applied the $5.00 restocking fee to his refund.
 5. In his phone call to us, this customer couldn't not comprehend that the delay and the shipping method was all how he had entered his options and credit card information.
