DON'T GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY! On Aug 11, I purchased airline tickets from First Class Discount Air (FDCA) for my wife and myself to travel from Sydney Australia to London UK and the return journey was Amsterdam to SydneyThe tickets cost USD$8,(AUD$$10,with a further currency conversion fee of AUD$320.96)The e-tickets were issued on the same day and I received them via emailThe tickets were 'award' tickets, based on frequent flyer miles with Singapore Air (SIA)In order for this to happen, FDCA created a KrysFlyer (frequent flyer) account with the airline in my name and must have transferred sufficient points to the account from somewhereI was billed by SIA directly for the cost of airport taxesI paid these to SIA At that point, I was satisfied with the deal as I was able to log in to SIA with the booking number on the tickets to manage the flight - select seat positions for the whole journey On April 2, I tried to repeat the manage booking exercise with SIA to check the seating only to discover that my booking number could not be foundI immediately sent an email to FCDA to ask what the problem wasThey replied briefly that they would look into the matterWith just over one week to scheduled departure to a European vacation which was booked and paid for, I was quite anxiousI contacted SIA directly and learned that to my horror, the tickets had been cancelledWith this news, I again contacted FDCA to seek an answerThey told me that the tickets had indeed been cancelled and that they would look into the matter but that it was unlikely the ticket issuing company (Creative Development Group) would provide any refund! I then contacted my travel insurance company to raise a claim, followed by the purchase of additional tickets through a local and trusted travel agency near my home in Australia My wife and I proceeded with our vacation, departing on April and returning to Australia on May When we got home, I contacted customer service at SIAThe lady there had at our request, looked into the transactions surrounding the cancellationsShe said that they had listened to the voice recordings of the cancellations made by telephoneBoth were from a woman purporting to be my wifeThe first cancellation was on Feb 6th 2018, using a KrisFlyer account number (frequent flyer account created in my name) for the Amsterdam-Singapore-Sydney flights and the second was on March 31st for the Sydney-Singapore-London flightsI have never had a KrisFlyer account until this eventSIA told me that the email address associated with the new KrysFlyer account was [email protected] said both the email and phone used was registered in Miami, FloridaI can assure you that my wife never cancelled those tickets: she was just as surprised and alarmed as me that they had been cancelledI cannot access the KrysFlyer account in my name as I do not have the PINAny attempt to recover or change the PIN would result in an email going to this other email addressSIA automatically refunded the cost of airport taxes within days of each cancellationSIA also automatically refunded the frequent flyer point to the KrysFlyer account that was opened in my nameI have attached the now cancelled award e-tickets for your referenceAny check with SIA will prove that the tickets were not and could not be used I have tried on numerous occasions since our return home to contact FDCA both by phone and by emailAt best, their response was to forward my request to their ticketing departmentAll but two of my emails have gone unanswered I believe that FCDA and or Creative Development Group LLC have acted fraudulently in taking my money and causing the service to be cancelled while keeping the money and the frequent flyer pointsFurthermore, they have engaged in identity theft by impersonating my wife in order to cancel the ticketsThey have written to me stating that they are an "Accredited Agency with the Airlines Reporting Corporation ARC number #46581474" and "Insured with Hartford Insurance for $million"The Airlines Reporting Corporation has no record of them and I cannot find their insurance company

This agency sell airline milesI highly suspect that this is a scam jobI have made previous smaller purchases with the business and miles were deliveredOn my recent major purchase for about $30,000, the business claims that they have issues delivering the miles and he is going out of businessThey claimed that their account has been frozen by the credit card companies and they cannot transfer any more miles to anyoneThey further claimed that this situation is happening industry wide and all brokers are affectedThe business offered no resolution to the problem and then blocked me from all communications after I went ahead to check with other brokers in the industry and it seems non had such an issueAnother of my friend who previously also made a purchase with this company made an enquiry thereafter and this particular broker responded promptly with a quoteThis obviously shows that they do not have any issues as they have claimed I highly believe this is a scam jo

One of the most hostile encounters I've ever had Do not give one cent to the awful company They will take your money and run They are highly unprofessional, rude, and ignorant They refuse to provide services once they have determined they have done enough They charge for everything and don't tell you upfront Just a terrible experienceI hope never to have again I am now officially out $4, Charming

I purchased an airline ticket for about $4,from the United States to Australia The website promises quick responses and customer satisfaction Ha! What a laugh!
The whole process with the company was and is arduous They don't respond quickly to emails once they get your money The claim quick and efficient service on their website but it took over weeks for me to get my initial ticket I could not get a ticket for weeks I finally did after much calling and pressuring Ever time I contacted them they'd say: "We promise you will have your ticket tomorrow." Tomorrow meant in to weeks apparently But since they had my money and I was depending on them, I felt there was not much I could do!
Then I had to cancel the flight and that cost $ I was fine with that Here is the problem: I would very much like to rebook the flight from the USA to Australia The original flight had me going from LAX to Sydney and that was good I contacted them and asked to rebook

I purchased flights from firstclassdiscountair in January 2018, the flights confirmed and Booking confirmation received from Singapore Air for flight October I happened to check in August and found my flight cancelledI contacted FCDA and they emailed me they would check and take about weeksAfter which they sent me an undated letter from Creative Developments LLC which said "Creative Development Group, LLC was a licensed travel agency that sold your tickets and they have been declared insolvent, and are
now out of business."
On checking with KrisFlyer I found that the flight were CANCELLED BY CREATIVE DEVELOPMENTS and not Singapore Air KrisFlyer and points returned to them
It appears that CREATIVE DEVELOPMENTS / FCDA are still trading with no signs of insolvency

One of the people in the company said he would resolve something for me but in never happened He also deals with people that take other peoples identity and misuse them I wouldn't trust this business

Kind Regards,

I booked a return flight to Paris through this company, which actively advertises in AustraliaMy return flight with Qatar Airways to Australia was on May and when I arrived at the checounter I was advised that my ticket had been cancelledThere was no notification or explanation givenI contacted this company by email, while customer service staff were attempting, by phone, to find out why this had happenedMy advice from the company consultant was to buy another ticketeuros later, I was able to board the flightI was contacted on my return and offered a credit which I do not wantAfter further investigation I have learnt how they are able to offer these low priced flights and the knowledge that my ticket was considered a possible fraudulent transaction disturbs me greatlyI fortunately was able to afford to purchase another ticket, but if I wasn't able to the stress and distress would have been much worseI am anxious to warn others of the danger of this a

I bought round trip flights to/from Europe for a flight leaving on March from Dulles Airport
When we arrived at the checounter for Air France we were told we did not have a reservation, and to go to the Delta counter to ask them to figure it out
The also said that we did not have a reservation
As a result we had to buy tickets to Rome at the cost of $each
I want to be reimbursed for that amount

I requested a quote from Hong Kong to Los Angeles online with the above mentioned company on or about 06/14/ You can see from attached email that their Sales Person Cristian Mihai Stirb contacted me by email and sent me a quote An e-ticket was issued under my name on the same day after my credit is charged as amount quoted (screen shot is attached) Everything is fine until First Class’ CEO Tim sent me an email (attached) on 07/20/and notified me the ticket is gone and what they did was legal in the United States, but the airline has total right to audit transfer of earned miles, next time they will do it in a different way to avoid the audit Tim also offer me discount on future business with First Class
I replied Tim on the same day requesting a resolution after I log in the airlines’ app and found my booking was cancelled An image from my cellular phone showing such is attached I called my credit card company right away and tried to dispute the charge from
