Killer Strands E-Commerce Store

Review: Killerstrands advertises full consultations on hair color. Nothing can be further from the truth. On Friday, August 9th, before paying the $129, I called the store -- KC herselfanswered. I wanted to know how long the process would take -- since I had majorroots, I couldn't wait. KC promised that we would do everything over theweekend.I paid via paypal. By Monday, I hadn't heard anything. Monday afternoon,I got an email thatclaimed that the one she sent to me was sent to someone else by mistake. Sincethat "mistaken" address also belongs to me, I wondered, but decided that itmight be true..By Tuesday of that week, I sent over everything KC needed. The next day, I gotan email that she just COPIED AND PASTED TO SOMEONE ELSE. Ie advice for someoneelse's hair.I called KC. Here's what she said -- "well, 10 of you ordered consultations atthe same time. I got you all confused. And you all want answers immediately."When I said -- "this is not the greatest customer service I've ever received",KC apologized and offered me a refund.We agreed that she would look at my photos again and get back to me. A daylater, I received another email that made it clear she never bothered to lookthrough everything I sent over.I suggested we speak on the phone. KC then called me at 1 AM. Yes, 1 AM in themorning.Meanwhile, a week passed. I realized that this wasn't going to get anywhere andwent to a salon. I also asked KC for a refund she promised.When she refused to give it to me, actually having the nerve to accuse me ofsending "incorrect information", I filed a claim with paypal. Well, everyone,turns out that "services" are not covered by paypal protection.KC is still refusing to give me a refund. And I feel that I have no options thatto post this here (I have serious doubts anyone will see it) and file in smallclaims court.Desired Settlement: $129 refund, as promised.
