Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Much stated by the business has nothing to do with my filed Revdex.com complaint nor their failure to honor a written contractAs for reviews by others, I have a wireless network that people can get onto at my racing shopI have never filed any complaint with Revdex.com before so their statement is mootI also never 'ran' anywhere with my carI stated when I would pick up my property and did soI have paid my bill in full for the services rendered and then some as previously stated
We are not in any legal discussions over this matterThe business has refused to negotiate a reasonable settlement and therefore I am in the process of further actions (such as the Revdex.com) to repair my car that this business has ruinedI can forward you website photos and description of the failure to honor the written contract as well as failure to complete the job, clean up the overspray all over the car, and damaged items
The business subcontracted out work that was originally part of the contract and then attempted to make me pay twice for work that would have been part of the original written contractThe business refused to provide a receipt detailing out this supposed work and instead attempted to make it between myself and the subcontracted business of which I had no business relationship withAt several points Mike L*** of Killerpaint wanted to have the work done 'under the table' to hide the incomeI refused to agree to this requested changeHis answer to this was to refuse to provide a detailed receipt
The business can continue to try and muddy the water with minor talking pointsThis is also what they did with preliminary settlement discussions which only served to show their culpability and to take away from the actual issue(s) which are fairly cut and dry. The main legal issue is that there was a written contract and the business failed to honor said contract in wholeThings were painted on the car without permission and things were placed on the car that I never wanted, approved, or even discussed (and this is against the terms of the written contract)The car was clearcoated over before I ever saw any of the things painted on it and also things identified, in writing, that were to be on the car were notThis was even after repeated attempts to ask for updates to the paint process and placement onto the carThe business failed in every way to adhere to the terms agreed upon prior to the job and getting paid
I have numerous emails proving what I say is factual and accurateI have numerous individual witnesses on several occasions as to what was done, or not done, as specified to the car
At the end of the day, regardless of their repeated attempts to try and redirect the discussion or topic(s), this business ignore the written contract, refused to correct the errors when it was brought up, and has rejected reasonable settlement offers
Sincerely,*** ***

As for reviews by others, I have a wireless network that people can get onto at my racing shop. I have never filed any complaint with Revdex.com before so their statement is moot. We are currently in a legal dispute and he is attempting to get out of paying his bill by building a bad reputation for our company. This man loaded his car, pretended to walk back in behind the owner, ran back to his vehicle and left without paying.
