We are sorry to hear that you feel this wayWe are saddened when any customer is unhappy with our work, and apologize that our visions differed on your tableUnfortunately we are unable to process a refund of any kind or amount for the custom order The original delivery (which was free of charge) was accepted and paid for with no complaints, and I therefore believed you were happy with you orderAs a customer you had every opportunity to review the table in comparison to the photograph and to inspect it for its workmanship before rendering paymentI had no idea that you were displeased until you messaged us a couple of days later stating that it was "too rustic and primitive” for your tasteIn your first review on our [redacted] page, you mentioned a screw sticking up out of your tableThis is something that should have been brought to our attention immediately, instead of weeks laterHaving a screw in a table top is definitely dangerous and something we would not want for any customerWe did not use screws; we used a nail gunWe also sanded and stained the table top for you, and didn't see any screws throughout this processYou can see how we are confused as to how a screw was on your tableIn an effort to make you happy with your purchase, we stated that we would build another table to at our expenseOn the second attempt, you would not allow us to take the table legs with us to ensure proper dimensionsThis made it very difficult to provide you with the table top you wanted, which was our goal I also apologize that we were unable to come at the time you specifiedWe will definitely be looking into scheduling at times that are convenient for both partiesWe make no promises of times, only estimatesOn one of our attempts to come to your house, we had to wait for you to arrive;situations like this can cause a chain reaction and make other deliveries lateAs for communication, we apologize for not to responding to you in a way that met your expectationsWe have days off just like everyone else, and when we receive text messages at midnight, we tend to respond to them during our posted business hours Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on custom ordersAs stated above, you had every opportunity to examine the table and you chose to accept the delivery and render paymentAfter we delivered your original table, we had no obligation to build you another table top at our expense, or deliver it, also at our expenseWe did that in good faith to try to make you happyBelow is an itemized list of all of the expenses we waived for you to try to appease you Home delivery -$ Home delivery -$ Home pick up-$ Wood/material - $ Hourly wages- $All of these are expenses that we incurred after you had accepted the deliveryWe did, at our expense, make additions for your table to the specified dimensionsYou are more than welcome to come pick them upOr we may be able to offer delivery for an additional $
