[redacted] has now installed new floors throughout my entire home and I can not express how pleased I am with them. We first replaced our carpet in the basement with laminate floating floors, then 2 years later finished our main living level with solid hardwoods and luxury vinyl tile. [redacted] is professional, highly knowledgeable, courteous, personable, prompt, trustworthy, and very reasonable in cost. He took the time to explain all the different options in flooring and what made sense for their application in relationship to where they were placed. Great communication skills and he is very good at his craft. Can't say enough how pleased my wife and I are with the new flooring and Killinger Flooring Service. If he is not your "flooring guy", you are selling yourself short.

It's very difficult to find an honest contractor anymore. Not only is Beau a professional at his job, he brings a great personality too. From our first meeting he did everything he said he would do. He had our quote over to us the next morning, even though he was heading out of town. We told him it was no rush and he could do it when he returned, but he got it to us anyway. When we finally made our descision to move forward Beau was willing to meet us at his warehouse after hours to work with our schedule. Once we picked out the flooring he was honest and said it would be at least a month before he could start the job. Again it was no rush for us. During this time he stayed in touch with us concerning his schedule. The day of the install was by far the best contractor experience ever. Beau and another gentleman started around 8:30 ripping out the carpet in our living room and hall along with everything else involved to lay the hardwoods. They were completely done by 4:30 that afternoon. This also included their lunch break and Beau running to Lowe's to get 2 new heat registers. I could have easily done that, but he offered to pick them up while at lunch. In my mind Killinger Floor Service should be your first and only call for flooring. There is more to a great contractor then just a good job and professionalism. Personality goes along away as well. A+ from start to finish.
