At this time, I have been contacted directly by Life Health and Fitness Sports Clubs LLC regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I have received an email from the company, sent out to a number of members, that there is still no definite plans to
reopen the gym However, I have since learned that this company filed for bankruptcy a full month before selling me a personal training package so I have no reason to believe they are being truthful and attempting to reopen the gym and rather buying themselves time in the bankruptcy courts.I have received no personal response to any of my inquiries about a refund.
