The problem with this guy is he doesn't give anyone enough time to get information and work with the vendors to get the best pricing and or get options.....we removed the jams per the vendors request to get proper measurements and check to see how things were installedbut after 3-phone calls per day and countless emails and us trying to get answers, I decided life is too short!! obviously he needs to find someone else that only has one job site and that can be his! The reality of him having to pay the bill for his own doors is that I don't allow that much to be put on my lines of credit with vendors for any one customer without a large payment and so it was in my best interest to have him pay for his own doors! I guess the old saying is true and I should have listen to what I felt when I meet him! [redacted] your refund for the deposit was issued last week and cut this week, as usual it takes a little bit of time to get things done and done right! please GO AWAY!
