Aug 21 2015Hi [redacted],Apologies for the delayed response. To provide some background: Our wheel classes are limited to 6 participants or less. Also our reservations systems are completely online http:[redacted], occasionally as a courtesy to our clients we take...
reservations over the phone. The miscommunication with [redacted] during her phone booking was we were not awareshe had a group of 4. Like mentioned in her report we have offered a private lesson for her group or to help reschedule a workshop regardless of expiration. Which we have tried to honor and our still happy to honor. Our instructors have tried reaching out directly on numerous occasions to help [redacted] to schedule her private class with no luck. We are happy to deliver on that promise of a private workshop or issue store credit for the paid value of the 4 [redacted] vouchers ($200). I understand her frustration with coordinating a workshop that works for her and her friends but I think its very unreasonable to call us unprofessional. We have gone above and beyond on our commitment to provide great customer service and would definitely like to help [redacted] reach a satisfying outcome. To schedule a class she can call our senior instructor LisaMarie A[redacted] directly on her cell : [redacted] To request a store credit she can email her vouchers to [email protected] with a mailing address for us to send out a gift card for the value. Thanks,Sarah
