I've been doing business with this guy for at least 5-10 yrs and bought several computers in addition to routine work and he has been so=so. He quotes a low to high figure and it is always the high but this time he charged more than the high but it's no matter because I won't go back again because of this and because of a very long wait I called, over a week and got smart mouthed by a girl who works for him. She was discourteous, disrespectful and sarcastic. when I called again the second time , [redacted] was all over mr me for badgering his girl. Well, I use a speaker phone and my wife heard all , so then he wanted to back up and start all over. When I picked up my machine the girl again because no one else was there was very curt and sarcastic, but when he's around butter wouldn;t melt in her mouth. Since my episodes, I was getting a haircut and the barber being about my age and also a Viet Nam veteran were talking about the disrespect of the younger generation and I started about KB PC's and he stopped me in mid sentence and said he knew exactly who I was talking about. He had the same experience and does not go there anymore either. I'm 75 yrs old and this was the first time I experienced a business owner jumping all over a paying customer when he didn't even know what occured.
