After spending 6 hours running wire in the walls, checking on the quality of the work twice, only to find out that the customer provided a faulty chime kit, would not be consider any installers fault. I'm sorry you didn't choose a better product for us to install, but I hardly understand how our company can be held responsible. We have returned customers check back for the last service charge.
